A trade correspondent. Not a broker, not a platform.

We sit between Ethiopian exporters and the buyers who should know them, and we put everything in writing.

We know
Which lots are real, who grew them, how they cup and who should buy them. It goes in the ledger before it goes in an email. No adjective travels without a score sheet.
We represent
Vetted exporters, washing stations and cooperative unions. On green coffee each stays the exporter of record, and we are paid to open their market, not to sit in the middle of it.
We serve
Specialty roasters, green importers, café groups, hotel procurement and resellers across the Gulf, Europe and beyond. Buyers who want coffee they can stand behind, with the paperwork to prove it.
Private label & white label

Your brand on the bag. Our ledger behind it.

Cafés, roasters, hotels and resellers anywhere in the world can carry their own Ethiopian coffee. We find the lot, grade and cup it at origin, roast it, put your name on it and send it to you.

The brief

Cup profile, grind, format, volume and the market you sell into, agreed before a single bag is bought.

Written spec · agreed both sides

The lot

We shortlist real lots from vetted exporters against your brief, and hand you the ledger entry behind each one.

Vetted exporters · documented lots

The cupping

Graded and cupped by Q-graders at our origin lab. You receive the signed score sheet, not an adjective.

Q-graded at origin · score sheet signed

The roast

Sample roasts go back and forth until the profile is yours. Then it is locked, and it repeats batch after batch.

Sample roasts · profile locked

The brand

Identity, artwork and packaging built for the market you sell in, carrying the label detail your customs authority will ask for.

Artwork · label compliance

The delivery

Roasted, packed, sealed and freighted, with the full export document set travelling alongside it.

Freight booked · documents complete
Lane A

Roasted at origin

The coffee is finished before it leaves Ethiopia. Roasted and packed in Addis Ababa, then flown out, so it reaches your counter days off the roaster and the value stays where the coffee grew.

  • Roasted and packed in Ethiopia
  • Q-graded before it is roasted
  • Air freight, days not weeks
  • Value retained at origin
Lane B

Roasted in your market

For larger programmes we ship the green and roast it with a contract roaster in your own market, under your brand and to the same locked profile.

  • Ethiopian green, sea freight
  • Contract roasting in market
  • Built for larger volumes
  • Same lot, same documentation
Commissioned by the buyer

Your own eyes on the container.

A broker asks you to take their word for it. Any shipment we handle can instead travel instrumented, recording where it is, how warm it got and how wet the air became, from the washing station to your warehouse door. You commission it, the data comes to you, and it comes unedited.

Prevention, specified

Most transit damage is condensation, not theft. Before the container is sealed we specify the defence: hermetic liners inside the jute, calcium chloride desiccant sized to the load, moisture and water activity confirmed at origin.

Hermetic liner · desiccant · moisture checked

The container, instrumented

Sensors travel with the cargo and on the door. Position, temperature, humidity and every opening, recorded continuously for the whole voyage rather than sampled at each end.

Location · temperature · humidity · door events

The record, handed over

You receive the complete curve for the voyage alongside the export documents. Evidence you can put behind a quality claim, an insurance dispute, or your own incoming QC file.

Full voyage curve · yours to keep
On land

Live where it matters most

The road corridor from Addis Ababa to Djibouti is where most of the damage happens, and it is also where the network reaches. You watch the container move, and an alert lands while there is still time to act.

  • Live position, Addis to Djibouti
  • Port handling at both ends
  • Humidity alerts while intervention is possible
  • Unauthorised door openings flagged
At sea

Recorded, with no pretending

There is no cellular network in the middle of an ocean and we will not tell you otherwise. The device keeps writing to its own memory the entire crossing, then uploads the complete voyage the moment it reaches coverage at the destination port.

  • Continuous on-board recording
  • No gaps in the finished dataset
  • Full upload on arrival
  • Satellite reporting available on request

Independent by construction. This is commissioned per container and quoted per shipment, by you, not by the exporter. The readings go to the buyer who paid for them, unedited, and we will run it on lots we did not source for you just as readily as on lots we did.

The record, on the record.

Ethiopian coffee is having its strongest year on record. A ledger notes what is, not what is assumed.
