The brief
Cup profile, grind, format, volume and the market you sell into, agreed before a single bag is bought.
Kaffa Bridge · Ethiopian specialty coffee
Green, private label and white label
Single-origin lots from Yirgacheffe, Sidama, Guji and Limu. Every exporter vetted, every lot documented, every cupping scored at origin. Ready as green, as samples, or as finished coffee in your own brand.
We sit between Ethiopian exporters and the buyers who should know them, and we put everything in writing.
Start where the risk is lowest and move up when the coffee earns it. Most buyers begin with a sample and end with their own brand on the bag.
We shortlist real lots against your brief from exporters we have vetted, hand you the documentation behind each one, and stay with it through shipment.
Send a brief Service 02Cup the lot on your own bench before you commit to anything. Money back in full if it is not right for you, credited to your first order if it is.
Request a sample Service 03Sourced, graded, cupped, roasted, branded and packed. You end up with an Ethiopian coffee brand that is yours, wherever in the world you sell it.
See how it worksCafés, roasters, hotels and resellers anywhere in the world can carry their own Ethiopian coffee. We find the lot, grade and cup it at origin, roast it, put your name on it and send it to you.
Cup profile, grind, format, volume and the market you sell into, agreed before a single bag is bought.
We shortlist real lots from vetted exporters against your brief, and hand you the ledger entry behind each one.
Graded and cupped by Q-graders at our origin lab. You receive the signed score sheet, not an adjective.
Sample roasts go back and forth until the profile is yours. Then it is locked, and it repeats batch after batch.
Identity, artwork and packaging built for the market you sell in, carrying the label detail your customs authority will ask for.
Roasted, packed, sealed and freighted, with the full export document set travelling alongside it.
The coffee is finished before it leaves Ethiopia. Roasted and packed in Addis Ababa, then flown out, so it reaches your counter days off the roaster and the value stays where the coffee grew.
For larger programmes we ship the green and roast it with a contract roaster in your own market, under your brand and to the same locked profile.
A broker asks you to take their word for it. Any shipment we handle can instead travel instrumented, recording where it is, how warm it got and how wet the air became, from the washing station to your warehouse door. You commission it, the data comes to you, and it comes unedited.
Most transit damage is condensation, not theft. Before the container is sealed we specify the defence: hermetic liners inside the jute, calcium chloride desiccant sized to the load, moisture and water activity confirmed at origin.
Sensors travel with the cargo and on the door. Position, temperature, humidity and every opening, recorded continuously for the whole voyage rather than sampled at each end.
You receive the complete curve for the voyage alongside the export documents. Evidence you can put behind a quality claim, an insurance dispute, or your own incoming QC file.
The road corridor from Addis Ababa to Djibouti is where most of the damage happens, and it is also where the network reaches. You watch the container move, and an alert lands while there is still time to act.
There is no cellular network in the middle of an ocean and we will not tell you otherwise. The device keeps writing to its own memory the entire crossing, then uploads the complete voyage the moment it reaches coverage at the destination port.
Independent by construction. This is commissioned per container and quoted per shipment, by you, not by the exporter. The readings go to the buyer who paid for them, unedited, and we will run it on lots we did not source for you just as readily as on lots we did.
Ethiopian coffee is having its strongest year on record. A ledger notes what is, not what is assumed.

You stay the exporter and you keep every relationship. We become your sales and marketing arm in the Gulf and Europe: a buyer-ready profile of your lots, qualified roasters and importers contacted on your behalf, and representation in the rooms you cannot be in. Write to us from Addis. We answer in Amharic.
A public record of Ethiopian coffee, entry by entry. Regions, process, trade and culture, replacing assumption with useful detail.
“Ten specific letters beat a hundred generic ones.”
Send the brief and we will come back with the lots that actually fit it, or with a route to your own brand. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so.
